CIPP Lining (liner inside existing pipe)
Cracks, offset joints, light root intrusion, and pipes that are the right shape but failing at joints or hairline cracks.
A felt liner saturated with epoxy resin is inverted into the existing pipe with air or water pressure, then cured in place — forming a seamless new pipe surface from the inside.
Key Advantages:
- No digging beyond existing cleanouts
- Seamless, jointless — roots can't get back in
- Installed in a single day in most residential cases
- Restores most of the original pipe diameter
